Season Finale: And the Winner Is?

Trump talks to the Mayor, then hops in a race car with Mario Andretti for a quick ride. We watch a replay of highlights from the season.

Team Arsenio – We find out there was more tape and they have film of Magic actually speaking facing the camera. Adam helps Paul and Teresa with their lines, b/c everyone knows they couldn’t be funny on their own…besides looking funny. Adam suggests roasting Arsenio, but gets rejected.

Team Clay – Debbie shows Clay some of her cousin’s sketch ideas, he gives the green light to start painting. Everyone lends a hand to get the painting done, including Penn and Teller, Clay with a garbage bag on and Aubrey.
Trump – Sits with his daughter and son, Erik – they bring back the fired celebrities: Victoria, Tia, George, Patricia, Lou and Dayana. Finally they tell Lou enough with his 110% effort. Lou announces he had surgery and can hear without an aide. Victoria shoots hate at Aubrey and Lisa. You can tell Dayana wants to as well. Patricia is mad the money she raised didn’t go to her charity when she lost. Later…rest of the cast mates join and announce who they are supporting for the big win!

At the event – Claymates are lining up and Arsenio doesn’t have many bodies. Clay had one fan raise money and contribute $20,000 – she got the 1st ticket in. Arsenio got money from Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, George Lopez, Jay Leno, Marco Andretti. Clay got his generous check from Lisa. Whoopi shows up for Arsenio.

Trumps arrive, Aubrey tries to take over the tour of the party, Clay steps in. They then go to see Arsenio, who has to run to welcome Whoopi. The curtain comes down and Clay’s and Arsenio’s party become one. They join on stage to introduce their charities and their videos. I liked Clay’s with the kids. Magic, for all the money you have and all the money Arsenio raised, you should have shown up in person!

Adam takes the stage, then Lisa- who picks on Clay and Trump, Paul changes his written script and calls Adam a dick instead, it was funny. Arsenio debuts on stage..obviously the a reason he is doing all of this, to get his own late night show ..again!

Debbie and Dee start for Clay with Baby Love- they are great, then Aubrey with I Will Survive – very fitting. Penn and Teller (who flew out for this) do a fan-favorite trick, then Clay joins singing The Time of My Life. Everyone sings with him to conclude the event.

Boardroom was so weak!! I wanted more. They barely talked about anything. Aubrey throws hate at Arsenio. Clay raised WAY more money than Arsenio, his $301,500 blew Arsenio’s $167,100. However, the winner of the Apprentice will win another $250,000 for their charity.

Now, on the live stage. Clay says Trump is tougher than Simon Cowell. Arsenio cries and tells us again about Magic, AIDS and his cousin. These charities are very close to these individuals. The 2 sing Lean On Me together, kinda random, but okay. We watch a montage of the past winners remember – Piers Morgan, Joan Rivers, Bret Michaels and John Rich! Clay and Arsenio are asked why they should win. Then they pan off and divert from everything – which I hated. Trump tells Lisa to ask Arsenio a question..she asks “Do you find me attractive?”, then Dayana asks the same one, waste of time.

Arsenio doesn’t want Clay to win, b/c he already lost to a big black man..he wants to throw out there that he has always been #2 also. Trump says he is SO torn, but in the end, ABC wants Arsenio to have a late night show on their station and select him as the Apprentice Winner!! Everyone congratulates..I watched him the next night on another talk show…they are really pluggin him for a new show. Poor Clay…#2 again. Sorry buddy. At least you have your Claymates.
