I didn’t know they had a show or that it was in season since April. Remember, Melissa was on the 13th season of the bachelor and Jason Mesnick selected her. Then, at the reunion special, he dumped her and said he wanted the runner-up Molly, who he is now married to. Totally thought back then that it was all publicity, but Jason and Molly and still happily married. Meanwhile, Melissa has been in the spotlight since..competing on Dancing with the Stars and marrying Tye Strickland ( boyfriend she dated on-off for 2 years in Texas).

I am just catching up on CMT.com because they have all the episodes uploaded, so convenient.

Episode 1: Packing and moving from Texas to Los Angeles. Little situation where Tye brings out the gun he keeps in the house, Melissa didn’t know about it and doesn’t like it. Melissa and Tye drive the moving truck and start unpacking. Ava joins them with their family. House is beautiful, huge pool and lots of memories to be made. Tye gets excited and strips down to his tighty-undies.

Episode 2: Tye is flying each week back and forth from LA to Texas – where he has his insurance agency. They video chat to see each other. Melissa is going nuts being home alone with their daughter Ava alone, all day, everyday. She missed three auditions, b/c she doesn’t know anyone to watch Ava yet. But, she needs to work, that’s why they moved to LA. Her manager sets up a lunch with 2 women for Melissa to make friends, they talk about botox, getting a tape worm to lose weight, hair and eye last extension..and Melissa realizes she lives in a different world now. Family Bible reading and prayer together. Faith = big part of their relationship.

Episode 3: 3 TVs in the living to watch 3 sports games at the same time. Melissa books In-Touch Magazine photo shoot. They want Ty too! He will only commit if Melissa will go to the shooting range – deal. Ty starts working out to lose weight for the shoot. Manager suggests a body wrap. Wraps his body like a mummy. Then works out and drips sweat. He sweats out toxins. Puts on his pants and they are big, he lost weight…but, feels dehydrated. Lost all his water weight. Now, off to the gun range. Melissa is out of her comfort zone and nervous..she gets the hang of hit and takes off, hitting that target! Day of photo shoot, at M & T’s house. Tye tries on a pair of skinny jeans, can’t get his legs in them. He thought he would have been a size 32 by the shoot and he isn’t. Super cute photo shoot, can see how happy these two really are
