Season 2, Episode 2
The couples meet Jenny McCarthy to hear what their next challenge will be. She kids that they will have to kiss a man with no teeth…then tells them instead they will have to search in an open field for a map and net. Remember the order of finish determines the sleeping arrangements.
Summer and Tim take off first and find their net and map along with Ali and Chase moving from last place last week to running for first this week. Last couple was Shauna and Ryan…this girl is nuts, always crying and yelling and Ryan was over her within the first 3 minutes.
Next, couples have to jump off a cliff into a lagoon, Ali is scared and Chase comforts her and gives her a little push. Cina fell and scrapped her leg, Jason was there to help her..forming some chemistry here.
Stage 3 – trade a guinea fowl for a map. Couples have to use the net they got and catch a guinea fowl, problem is no one knows what that is and they are mixed in with other birds. Ali/Chase stay in first with Summer/Tim right behind them. Ben catches everything but a foul, him and Jenny fall behind and stay there. Jenny stays calm and wants to form a relationship with Ben, not sure he is up for it though.
Stage 3 – use a compass and the map to find and retrieve a carved nameplate from a tree then dash for the finish line.
Ali/Chase – 1st (up from last place last week and get to sleep in the Oasis)

Cina/Jason – 4th
Ken/Yanina – 5th
Shauna/Ryan – 6th
Jenny/Ben – 7th (worst sleeping conditions, ever, in a Shack)
Jenny is tired of waiting for Ben to make a move and kisses him, then asks why he isn’t kissing back? ouch! Tara and Jesse snuggle and find themselves compatible. Shauna tries to talk to Ryan, he tells her there is nothing there and she cries. Shauna then tries to connect with Ben while Ryan makes a play for Summer.
Ali and Chase get their reward, they take an aerial tram ride, and then have lunch on top a mountain. Ali doesn’t like heights and Chase comforts her. While they seem to have a connection, Ali still wants to meet all the guys.
Birthday party time for Jesse. Tim drinks and throws cake, really pisses off Summer with cake in her hair. He apologizes, but is it enough to keep them together?
Couple’s Choice Ceremony. Couple who came in first gets first choice of staying with partner or switching it up, guys go first this week. Ali/Chase stay together. Tim chooses to stay with Summer, but she is over him and rejects him for Ryan. This sends Tim to the unmatched area. If no one else picks him, he goes home. Everyone else stays together..Shauna without Ryan chooses Ben, but, Ben declines and stays with Tara, sending Shauna to the unmatched area with Tim and they both leave the show.
Before the couples go back, there is one more surprise. Jenny introduces 6 new girls in their cocktail dresses. Now, the guys will pick another girl to make a trio..and these women can steal the original girls’ guys…uh oh!
