Buddy put his cousin Jay in charge to do a delivery of a cake to Florida. The guys put regular gas in a diesel truck. The first 4 times they put in the right gas, but the 5^th time they put regular gas in. The truck is stuck in Savannah Georgia. Buddy decided to get to the bottom of the issue to decide Jay’s fate. Buddy spoke with Jay and was very disappointed. Anthony was upset that Jay did not get the severity of his screw up, but after a stern talk they decided to move on. Jay will have to earn the crews respect and trust back.

Michael, the owner of a local brewery, came in to get a cake made for a customer appreciation day. Michael brought in some beers to inspire Buddy for some flavors. The idea was to recreate the tanks used to brew the beer and for one of the tanks to actually dispense beer. Everyone agreed that the beer icing tasted great. The copper finish looked very realistic and the middle tank was made hollow to hold the beer dispenser. The cake was a success and the beer actually flowed.

A recently engaged couple came in to get a cake for their wedding. The two were both florist and they wanted their wedding at a huge floral show. The theme for the event is tropical flowers and Mauro needed to make it perfect. There was a lot of delicate work for each flower. Mauro wanted it to look very authentic. Mauro and the crew went to the local home and garden store to get some nice tropical touches. They made some cake to look like soil and added some lights. The final product was beautiful and full of color. The wedding had an amazing setting with amazing flowers and a waterfall. The cake did not disappoint and everyone was thrilled by it. As Maura said it was botanically correct.
