Episode 3: You Can’t Handle the Truce

Christina meets Leah for breakfast and it looks cold, freezing. Christina tells her about meeting with Pia. They throw curses, bash everyone and say they are done with everyone. Leah thinks Nora is stirring the pot and causing all the fighting. Leah says she will show her how a pit ball fights.

Pia and Nora meet and say its 80 degrees and beautiful out..how was it just cold and freezing for Christina? Weird. Pia tells Nora about her meeting with Christina. Says she will stay friends with Nora even though she talks shit, she hasn’t pulled her hair out like Christina did. Pia wants Renee to get to know her, for her, not as a stripper..and maybe see they have something in common?

Renee owns Eye Candy Optics with her boyfriend Dave. She shows up at work and he is on her ass saying she needs to work more. They work together and live together. Renee is also stressed over her custody battle with her ex.

Pia shows up at Eye Candy Optics with her daughter Bella. Pia invites Renee to lunch, Renee stares at her and then says yes. Renee wants her to show class, stop cursing in her place of business. THEN, Dave comes out and knows Pia…how? Renee is shocked! They are eying each other up.

Renee and Christina meet for lunch. Christine invites Leah to join them, so they can meet. Renee tells the girls Pia came into her office. She brings up the stripper job and Leah says she doesn’t want to judge that. She shares that Pia and Dave know each other and wonders if they hooked up…she is going to ask her at their lunch. Leah just doesn’t want all this Pia drama around her.

At Pia’s condo with Nora and Julie, Nora’s friend from Florida. Julie is really the only friend that met Nora’s father, when they all lived in Florida. Nora brings up Pia knowing Dave and seeing her at Eye Candy. Here we go…

Renee and Dave go to dinner. Renee calls him out right away. Dave has known Pia for 10-15 years, she use to work for some of his friends. He didn’t know she was stripper. Renee calls Pia a pig, he says she is nice. She asks if they hooked up and he says no, she thinks he is lying and will flip if she finds out he lied. He threatens to leave, she offers to give him cab money. He leaves, she says Byeee..guys only run when they are guilty.

Nora’s dad’s birthday would have been today. She puts together a memorial lunch for him with Julie, Nora and Renee. Renee is late and Nora is mad, it’s rude. Pia tells her to focus on her dad. Renee shows up and feels the wrath at the table. They toast to Frank. Julie says Frank, Nora’s dad, whispered in her ear last night that he is proud of Nora. All Renee can think about is Julie wearing a shirt she lent to Nora, why is a friend of friend wearing her shirt? After the prayer, Renee gets up and leaves. Pia tries to say she is busy, but everyone is busy.

Leah shows up at Christina’s house and tells her a plan..Leah is going to meet Pia for dinner. Pia has always been nice to her, they know the same people. Christina doesn’t want her to get involved, Leah says she wants to help this hot mess and get in the middle.

First up, Pia and Renee meet. Renee dives in that she shouldn’t have dropped the F-bomb in her place of business. Pia sticks to that she never hooked up or dated Dave. She admits she made out with his friend. Renee doesn’t believe her or Dave. Renee is bullying her and telling her she needs to listen, oh but wait, Pia doesn’t have to listen. Pia calls her out and asks if she is better than her, Renee says she is with an F-bomb. Pia calls her out that she does say the F-bomb. Pia gets up and leaves. Renee finds her guilty and without class.

Next up for Pia, lunch with Frankie, her father was Harry the Hook, now deceased. She tells her about Renee and Christina drama. Frankie accepts her for her, not what she does for a living. Pia’s dad and Frankie’s father worked together illegally, Pia’s dad turned him in and he rotted in prison.

Next for Pia, meeting for drinks with Leah. She needs to make amends with Christina, big of Pia to even show up. Leah use to come into the bar Pia worked at. Pia has been abused as a child, then as a gf, she is over letting people abuse her. Leah suggests another reunion with Pia and Christina and Pia says “let’s do it”.

Man this episode has a lot of Pia. Now, Christina and Leah are meeting up with Nora and Pia. Leah slicked back her hair, so it can’t be pulled, Christina wore her rings just in case. Everyone says hi, Pia jumps right in. They want peace, want to have a good time…Pia and Christina say they want to put everything behind them, they laugh and are going to move on. Oh but wait, Leah now wants to confront Nora about the Italian festival, where Nora was a biatch to her. Nora says she doesn’t talk to strangers and that’s why she said she didn’t deal with her that day. Nora says let’s drop it, we are different and Nora doesn’t want to change. Leah is going to take it one day at a time with Nora. But, Leah says she has a deadly weapon she will unleash on Nora if necessary – i can def see these two going at it. While I don’t like fighting I want to see how tough Leah really is, cuz she sure talks a big game.

OMG and next week. Renee goes nuts..on Nora!! man oh man.
