Week 6
Chris Harris announces everyone will be competing as couples, voting as couples and getting voted off as couples.
Next day, a yellow school bus picks up the couples. First time Chris and Sarah are competing together and no one wants them to win. Pull up to an auditorium, first ever bachelor pad spelling bee. Judges = harry potter look a like kids, top spellers in the state of California. Couples go up, get a word and have to alternate between each other spelling the word, you get 3 words wrong, you get 3 strikes and are out. Final 2 couples – Ed and Jaclyn and Chris and Sarah. Sudden death. Chris and Sarah win with the word “serendipity”. They are safe from elimination and get an over night date away from the pad. Ed and Jaclyn, as runner-up, also get an over night date.

Chris and Sarah get in their limo, everyone else is left crying knowing their alliance is about to get broken. Private jet for the couple to Santa Marguerite Ranch to then take a train, to a picnic. They jump into the water and make out. In confessional, Chris says he is still dealing with feelings from Emily and is a little hesitant with Sarah. At dinner, Chris shares his emotions and Emily experience. He says he is happy to be with Sarah and looks forward to more dates with her.
Back at the house, Rachel is still a mess with Michael, she just wants to go home, which isn’t really fair to her partner Nick, who wants to stay and win. With all these feelings, I’m surprised Rachel and Michael aren’t still together today. The girls try to convince Rachel to stay, and vote off Lindzi & Kalon.
Ed and Jaclyn have 2nd date. Limo ride to private jet and are dropped off on a private island. Ed apologizes again for the blunt, public way he embarrassed Jaclyn. Then he admits he has been pursing someone back home for awhile, they got together, but then decided on a break for the show. He still has feelings for the other girl at home though. He should have told her before he slept with Jaclyn, that’s dirty. Jaclyn is real upset and hating how relationships play out in her life. At dinner, she confronts Ed, he tries to down play her emotions and ask why she needs a Facebook label. He is just a jerk. He sleeps with her every night, kisses her..downplays her, she eats it up, and goes back to bed with him…way to stand up for yourself.
Back at the house, Tony plans a one-on-one date for Blakeley outside with a blanket and wine. I hope these two make each other happy forever. FYI: they are still together today. So sweet.
Ed and Jaclyn come back and have two roses to give out. Everyone starts meeting with them to plead their case to get the roses. Lindzi playing this game at all? So lame. Roses go to, Blakeley and Tony.
Rose Ceremony: Couples vote together one vote, against another couple. Rachel and Nick vote first for Kalon & Lindzi. Meanwhile, Kalon & Lindzi campaign to get rid of Rachel and Nick. Nick gets a little aggressive with Tony, then admits he voted for Blakeley in the past. Dumb, should have lied.
Rachel calls Michael, just go home then girl.
Roses – first to Jaclyn and Ed…then….Rachel and Nick…sending home Kalon and Lindzi..see ya! Kalon stops the limos and gets in with Lindzi. They admit they are falling in love with each other.
Next Week: Final 4 couples. They perform on stage. There are a lot of tears.
