We picked up after the nominations. Jenn asked Danielle who the target really is this week. Danielle said it was Frank and for Jenn to not worry, but that did not help Jenn’s anxiety. Frank thought if Joe could go up as a replacement that he and Jenn would be golden. Of course he was relying on Dan and Daniell still being on board in the alliance, but we all know that is not true. Ian told Joe that he would go up as a replacement, which made him nervous.
Frank and Dan spoke about the possibility that Dan would go up as a replacement. Franks gullibility finally seemed to put him a huge hole. He even seemed to be contemplating trying to leave the nominations the same to protect a final 2 deal he has with Dan, which would go down as the stupidest move ever if he won the POV. Dan is not on the fence at all; he is in full “screw Frank over” mode. Dan then spoke to Ian about his OCD. Dan’s brother has OCD and he wanted to relate to Ian. Ian confirmed that he has ADHD and needs to be moving all the time.
Players were chosen for the Veto competition and Ian, Frank, and Jenn were joined by Dan, Danielle, and Joe. Frank still thought the player choices were great as Dan and Danielle would be working with him. Jenn seemed defeated by the situation, but Frank tried to keep her spirits up. Frank and Dan spoke again about the best scenarios for the POV competition. Frank convinced himself to throw the competition so Jenn could be taken off the block? I think the house finally got to the honest country boy. I can’t believe he is so blind to the fact that Dan has flipped several times already this season.
There was some loud sounds coming from the backyard and there was a farm scene with a crashed UFO. The UFO had an alien that explained the POV competition. The participants had to answer riddles by finding ears of corn with the correct answer on it. Danielle was the first eliminated from the POV competition. Ian was the next person eliminated. Joe was last in round three and was eliminated, but he still had some yelling to do. Frank seemed to hurt himself in round 4, but Jenn was the one that was actually eliminated. Dan tried a last ditch effort to get Frank to throw the final round. Dan and Frank were up against each other in the final round and they frantically searched for the correct ear of corn with “Ashley” on it. Dan was first up the ramp and he won POV.
Frank still thought he could trust Dan, which may not be the case. Dan went up to solidify his final deal with Ian. He actually has a final 2 deal with 4 different people. Dan then discussed taking Jenn down and putting Joe up as a replacement, but then Ian revisited the strategic move of pulling Frank down because he cannot play in the POV the following week. Dan avoided that scenario. Ian said he would act pissed off if Dan took Jenn off the block. Frank spoke with Dan and told him to take Jenn down. Dan then spoke with Jenn and painted himself in a great light with her and he referenced his honor in the game.
Dan decided to use the POV on Jenn. He made a speech about paying back debts and Ian went to full on hyperactive angry acting mode. Ian put Joe up as Jenn’s replacement. Dan said this season was just business for him.
