Week 8: Season Finale
Chris Harrison introduces the voted off contestants. Lindzi and Kalon are still together and happy, wow, didn’t predict that one. Erica calls Kalon out and lets everyone know she saw him at a movie premiere with any girl, rubbing her leg, he says they were just friends.
Michael in the hot seat. He didn’t want to do a long-term, long-distance relationship, he didn’t have enough love for Rachel and she had more love for him. Obviously, they are still not together. Erica doesn’t apologize for her comments to Michael either, specifically, Holly was better off leaving him and marrying Blake, ouch.
Jaclyn in hot seat. Pissed at Rachel for not selecting her for the final two couples, she saved her so many times. Their friendship hasn’t been the same since.
Blakeley in hot seat. Blakeley and Tony are very happy together, so glad. They make the announcement that they are moving in together. Blakeley will join Tony in Portland, Oregon. Then, Tony keeps talking. He wants to show her how much he loves her. He gets down on one knee and proposes!! Neil Lane ring and all, she can’t believe it and says YES!!
Final 2 couples: Chris & Sarah and Rachel & Nick come out. Rachel tells Michael she is confused. He was into her on the show, shared emotions with her and then after the show he was cold, distanced and then ended things. He responds that after the show he didn’t feel love and didn’t want long distance. She pictured them more like Blakeley and Tony. Then announces that Michael is dating someone in Chicago and doing long distance, ouch. She got played and left hurt and crying.
Nick proves he was actually on the show. Chris says his time on the show and watching it back was difficult. His family was disappointed. Jamie calls him out and said Emily is lucky she didn’t pick Chris, b/c he wouldn’t have been a good dad to her daughter. Ouch.
Open to housemates, ask the final 2 couples why they deserve to win. Jaclyn wants to know why they picked Chris & Sarah instead of her and Ed..we know why, they think they can beat Chris & Sarah. Chris is asked about his game and he says he doesn’t regret it, but does say sorry. Blakeley calls him out and says you didn’t play the best game, you made enemies and now we have to vote. Sarah says she knows him and thinks he is a great guy who would share the money if they win. Chris says don’t vote for me, vote for Sarah, she deserves it.
Everyone has a white board and writes down who they want to win:
Votes for Rachel and Nick: Michael, Jamie, Blakeley, Reid, Donna, Tony, Lindzi, Ed, Jaclyn..plus the votes we didn’t see.
Votes for Chris and Sarah: Kalon, Chris, Erica…that’s it.
Rachel says she trusts Nick, they separate into different rooms where they have to select SHARE – and split the prize money evenly, if one selects KEEP – that person gets all the money, both select KEEP – neither get the money – the other house guests would split the prize money.
Jaclyn thinks Rachel should keep it, but thinks she will select share. Chris thinks they will share. Michael would be shocked if one of them selected keep. Kalon calls out Nick for not even playing the game.
Nick and Rachel, back on stage with their selections. Rachel – Share, Nick – gives a speech, that no one was on his team, he did everything on his own, he was an outsider, he watched the show and heard what everyone said, Rachel didn’t want to be his partner and tried to leave 3 times, she never said she was going to stay for Nick, she never gave him any credit…so HE KEPT THE MONEY, he gets all $250,000, Rachel gets NOTHING. Rachel calls him out, how can he be laughing, she tells him he is here b/c of her, he doesn’t agree. Rachel gets played by another dude. I get he kept the money, but he is acting like such a heartless tool, with a girl crying next to you.
Nick walks off the stage, Rachel walks after him, he doesn’t want to talk. 2 days ago he told Rachel he would share the money, ouch liar. He leaves. She cries alone.
Everything Bachelor Pad 3 here, recaps and all
A new season of the Bachelor will be back in January…still waiting to hear if it will be Sean?

Great Move Nick! It’s a game show and you only knew that person for a few months!
I agree, but it is a dangerous move because of them losing all the money.
Yeah and how do you think the other cast mates perceive him? or his family and friends? do you think he really deserved the money? He was MIA most of the season…but, that may have been a good strategy.
