Jenelle can’t stop smoking pot even when she knows she will be tested ramndomly. She told her lawyer that she would rather just do 45 days in jail so she can smoke pot again on a regular basis (which she is doing now). The Lawyer somehow kept a straight face and even negotiated the sentence down to 14 days. The only problem is that Jenelle has great tickets to a Kei$ha concert. Kei$ha is not just a singer, she is Jenelle’s idol and Jenelle even listens to her music all the time. Jenelle wound up in jail the night before the concert and her mom Barbara finally refused to bail her out. Jenelle’s dimwitted friend said sure to bailing her out and risking Jenelle no-showing her court date. In the end Jenelle and her friend made it to the Kei$ha concert and were in heaven. Jenelle then went to her mom’s house to yell and swear around Jace for 20 minutes before storming out. I am not a fan of people going to jail for smoking weed, but in this case Jenelle needs to go to jail for being Jenelle.
Chelsea and her on again, off again, on again baby daddy Adam were living the American Dream until Chelsea’s father found out and kicked Adam out of the house he is paying the rent for Chelsea to live in. The trouble with Chelsea’s father pushed Adam back into his old distant ways and Chelsea prepared for the inevitable heartache associated with loving a bad boy. Aubree’s 2nd birthday party was also coming up and Adam did not help in the planning at all. Adam also showed up 2 hours late, but he did buy his daughter a very pretty tricycle and I thought it was nice to see him trying to be a dad. Chelsea also was set to take another test for her GED, but decided to party on a road trip to a concert instead of studying. In the end she did pass the test because she is actually a pretty smart girl despite the aloof Barbie persona.
Kailyn was facebook stalking Jo’s video girlfriend and sometimes real-life sex partner. She saw a picture with Jo and the girl with a caption that said “tipsy” and that invoked great rage from Kailyn. She then went on a mission to take away time with Isaac from Jo. Her reasoning was that if Jo wasn’t spending all his time with his son that he should not get any. It was clear that she still loves Jo and is infatuated with his life. Kailyn and Jo went to court mediation and of course the mom won and Jo’s visitation was reduced to every other weekend. Jo was very upset and Kailyn played it off as her wanting to see her son more than 20 days a month. Jo wanted a new deal and calmly worked things out with Kailyn so he could see his son more.
Leah and Corey were finalizing their divorce this episode and they worked things out through court mediation. Corey bought himself a brand new truck with his MTV money. This upset Leah because she wants Corey to be miserable even though she filed for divorce and she was the one who cheated several times. Corey has proven to be a very loving father and I am happy he did something nice for himself. Leah also turned to Facebook to find a new guy to talk to.
